The Bang on a Can All-Stars have led our charge into new territories around the world - Marathons in Dublin and Seattle, tours of Korea and China and Russiaand multiple performances of the CMA commissioned piece Trems by Ty Braxton - all in the last year. And it just keeps getting bigger and better...
Robert Schumann’s “Fünf Stücke im Volkston” were written for cello and piano. Clara Schumann thought them beguiling, fresh, & original. Already arranged for other instruments, and popular for good reason, “Five Pieces” is now available for alto flute.

I'm very happy to have one of my pieces for strings and solists being released on video.
This is "TRILOKA - Three Realms".
Solists are Bruno Raberg bass, Rob Thomas violin and Mike Block cello.
I am happy to say I have received two grants from CMA that will allow me to write new music for my group Invocation.
The 2/27/15 performance of John Hollenbeck and the Claudia Quintet +1, is presented by EMIT. The Florida tour is supported by Presenter Consortium for Jazz, a program of Chamber Music America funded through the generosity of the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.
Gearing up to go perform the music from Rhizome in Japan for the first time this March!
