The long awaited "Bechet: Our Contemporary", from composer/saxophonist Rob Reddy will be released on September 11, 2015. The recording will be available exclusively from Reddy's website


4Culture will join the National Park Service and City of Seattle in funding the Panama Hotel Jazz Performance Extension. This program brings Panama Hotel Jazz to the Panama Hotel Tea Room every 2nd Saturday of the month until August 2016.

Juneau Jazz & Classics is pleased to have received a CMA Residency Partnership Grant for our 2016 Festival to present Third Coast Percussion in a 7-day residency that will educate and enrich audiences of all ages through interactive performances, lectures & workshops throughout Juneau.

We are SO THRILLED to be able to take part in an extended residency in May 2016 at Juneau Jazz and Classics, funded by a CMA Residency Partnership Program grant! We'll be posting more information about the events closer to the date, so stay tuned!

In 2014, Third Coast Percussion was incredibly fortunate to receive a CMA Classical Commissioning grant for composer Glenn Kotche's work, "Wild Sound." The piece has been performed in South Bend, St. Paul, Chicago, and New York, and next season we bring it on a 4 city European tour, plus dates in CA and WI.

Third Coast Percussion has been incredibly fortunate over the past few years to receive a tremendous amount of support from Chamber Music America. In 2012, TCP received a CMA Classical Commissioning grant for a new work from Augusta Read Thomas entitled "Resounding Earth." Since the premiere we've played the work over 25 times!
