Berbiguier’s “Les Regrets” for flute and piano is well worth exploring.  Brought to our attention as part of the collection of 19th century works compiled by Henry Gassett, the piece was republished by NSM with a foreword by flutist Peter H. Bloom.

The Gilmore Keyboard Festival will expand music education and enrichment opportunities for children and families in Battle Creek by establishing a new Piano Lab in an elementary school and increasing its biennial Festival programming. This project is funded by a three-year, $470,000 grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
