What are the musical implications of the technology and how can we best harness it as improvisors ? Together we will listen to and experience hands on many kinds of electronics, processing of string sound-- delays/polyrhythms, filtering, pitch shift, munging/chopping of sound and distortion, and simultaneously learn more about acoustics and psychoacoustics, and how we hear sound and can control it.
